Matcha green tea recipe Smooothie

This healthy recipe Matcha Green Tea Smoothie is quick and easy to make with matcha green tea powder. Can prepared as a tea and vegan smoothie is a great way to use overripe bananas.

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 2 minutes

Total time: 4 minutes

Yield: one serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 peeled, frozen banana (preferably a ripe banana)
  • Half a cup of low-fat milk, cream of coconut milk or other milk alternative
  • 2:01 c. Matcha powder good
  • (Optional) 4.1 c. pure vanilla extract
  • (Optional) sweetener to taste

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender.

Stir until the mixture is smooth and even, if necessary, stirring constantly.

* You will find it easier to mix maybe if you before the milk or milk add the Matcha alternative.
