How Kombucha

When you have finished your first batch of Kombucha, you can reuse the scoby (or kombucha mother) to make a new batch. Simply remove the Kombucha darker layer and discard, then the rest of the Kombucha fermentation in the bottle or container with a Kombucha reserved. Use make this part of the parents, a new batch of Kombucha immediately or in the next few days.

Make sure to keep the mother in Kombucha Kombucha, if not actively fermenting a batch of Kombucha (preferably only for a day or two).

As her mother grows over time, you can begin to share songs ("babies") to develop in new mothers. You can use it to ferment kombucha several batches at a time, or you can pass on to others, so that they can ferment your own Kombucha.

I ready to make a new batch? Make sure that your device is disinfected and then go to step three: to brew Kombucha tea.
