Bubble Tea

Tired of the latest trendy cafes? Something new hits teahouses and cafes across the country. It is the bubble tea. This bizarre drink also goes by the names boba, pearl tea, milk tea, or bubble drink. Is the drink, dessert portion snack, and all fun!

Bubble Tea is far from ugly tea is familiar. It comes in a wild variety of flavors and colors. Challenge your palate with peach, lychee, mango or passion fruit! There are also the traditional flavors of green or black tea. It can be served hot or cold. My favorite is chocolate milk black tea iced.

But the most fun part of bubble tea are not the colors or flavors, the "bubbles".

Great Balls of black tapioca make chewing Bubble Tea as an interesting experience. These beads are the size of small balls and drop to the floor of your cup. This tea is served usually with a giant straw sucking right size these jelly treats.

If that does not sound very appetizing to you, a lot of places, the Bubble Tea with Tea offers the wildly flavored milk for sale with or without beads. But do not be a chicken, you should, at least to try. Not as strange as it may seem. Beads, as they remind me of a melted Gummi Bear.

Bubble Tea is from Taiwan and abroad has migrated during the past 10 years recently to North America. You can now find places serve Bubble Tea in most major cities like Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, New York and Toronto. Many say that the local imports are simply not as good as the stuff you get in Japan and Taiwan.

If you like creative in the kitchen, you can make tea with pearls in the country, but not easy. Tapioca starch beads can be difficult to work. If too long to cook, to solve. Not enough, and are stable in the middle.

Some of the most famous places that offer bubble tea are: fantasy, TC tea or coffee, honey. No wonder this tea houses are all in California.
