How Kombucha

Now that you have your mother and sweet tea Kombucha, is almost ready to start the fermentation.

First, make sure that your tea is cold. If that's not cool, wait until you see.

Then add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar either or a little less than a cup of kombucha brew already done.

Your tea is ready for kombucha mother. To add to the mother of tea, wash your hands first with warm water and soap, wash and well again with apple cider vinegar. Then lift the kombucha from its container and place it in tea with the dark side facing down. (If there is a dark side, do not worry -. Simply the Scoby in tea)
