This simple recipe for egg salad sandwich tea is simple in its process of preparation and taste. You can use fresh or dried herbs, depending on how long you have to do, and eggs with several hard days in advance.

Yield: 8 tea sandwiches
Ingredients:
- Avoid 2 boiled eggs, cooled after cooking green yellow
- 1c. Mayonnaise or mayonnaise alternative
- 1c. Yogurt
- 1c. Dijon mustard
- 1c. chopped or dried dill
- 1c. or chopped fresh parsley
- Freshly ground sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of bread (white bread is traditionally used, but you can use whole wheat bread sandwiches or tea healthy whole grains.)
Preparation:
- Crush the eggs, mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard with a potato masher or fork.
- Stir in herbs and spices.
- Spread egg mixture on two slices of bread.
- Start of egg salad with the remaining two slices of bread.
- Remove the crusts and cut the sandwiches diagonally two to four tea sandwiches each make great sandwich.
